My Draculaura Halloween Costume

I am a vegetarian and thought it would be funny to dress as Draculaura, a vegetarian vampiress, from the show Monster High that my daughter loves. With a skirt and top from Hot Topic, gloves and make up from the Halloween store and bit of this and that from Target, I put together a homemade Draculaura costume.  I love doing my own homemade Halloween costumes every year.  I am able to incorporate items from my wardrobe and new items that I will wear again. Most manufactured costumes aren’t durable enough to be re-worn and cost a fortune.  

I also thought that it was funny that ExpoTv was offering points on their site if people would video themselves in their costumes – so I did the video of my Draculaura costume and wanted to share it with you.  Of course, she wears a white skirt, but I had to work with what I could wear or share – and white is difficult to wear (at least for me – I always get it dirty)
